this¡¡observation¡¡is¡¡founded¡¡in¡¡experience£»¡¡and¡¡will¡¡also¡¡appear
to¡¡be¡¡founded¡¡in¡¡reason£»¡¡if¡¡we¡¡consider£»¡¡that£»¡¡as¡¡enthusiasm
