floating¡¡docks¡¡upon¡¡the¡¡sandy¡¡flats¡¡called¡¡Foot¡¡Dee¡£¡¡¡¡Nothing¡¡was
done¡¡at¡¡the¡¡time£»¡¡as¡¡the¡¡scheme¡¡was¡¡very¡¡costly¡¡and¡¡considered
beyond¡¡the¡¡available¡¡means¡¡of¡¡the¡¡locality¡£¡¡¡¡But¡¡the¡¡magistrates
