be¡¡futile£»¡¡suffice¡¡it¡¡that¡¡both¡¡in¡¡Germany¡¡and¡¡Great¡¡Britain



careful¡¡statements¡¡by¡¡excellent¡¡authorities¡¡on¡¡both¡¡sides¡¡have
