the　first　kind　belongs　to　the　populace；　the　second　kind　is　that　of

blacklegs；　of　kings；　and　of　men　of　talent。　I　am　neither　a　man　of　the

people；　nor　a　king；　nor　a　swindler；　possibly　I　have　no　talent　either；
